At Villanova, I lead the development of cross-disciplinary STEM curriculum frameworks aligned to national standards (CCSS, NGSS), creating comprehensive scope and sequence documents. I collaborated with faculty to transform over 20 paleontology field tasks into measurable learning objectives, integrating classroom instruction with immersive VR field trips. By leveraging AI tools, I streamlined instructional design workflows by 50%, enhancing both efficiency and curriculum quality.

I design high-quality, standards-aligned math materials for Grades 3–8, supporting both Eureka Math and Illustrative Mathematics programs. My work includes over 50 teacher- and student-facing resources that prioritize clarity, accessibility, and instructional impact—ensuring alignment with CCSS and empowering educators with tools for blended, self-paced learning.

Center for Talented Youth, JHU

At CTY, I reimagined traditional humanities instruction through gamified, data-informed experiences for upper elementary gifted learners, many of whom are MLL. Highlights include a fully gamified ancient history course with 100% assignment completion and 90% post-test gains, and an interactive escape room that taught narrative structure while cutting content rewrites by 50%. I am also developing a hands-on archaeology course integrating game-based learning strategies.

Stride/K12, Inc.

At Stride, I led instructional design and product strategy for award-winning STEM and game-based curriculum reaching over 200,000 K–12 students nationwide. I built a roadmap to publish 12 Minecraft Education games globally, earning recognition including Digital Education Product of the Year and the Horizon Prize for Education. My work balanced instructional goals with platform requirements, scaled content production across internal and vendor teams, and leveraged AI to close 200+ content gaps and streamline workflows. I also led a 30+ member instructional design community and coordinated national curriculum rollouts for high school STEM courses.
